KUOROSOTA - Integration Of All Digital TouchPoints - Ringtone and full track releases by the Digilabel, http://kuorosota.securycast.com/

Finnish TV channel NELONEN broadcasts successful prime-time Sunday evening live show called Kuorosota http://www.nelonen.fi/ohjelmat/kuorosota/etusivu, which is based on the original format Körslaget (Sweden). SecuryCast has consulted, packaged and provided turnkey solutions of concept's technical and content services. All songs are released digitally via show's own mobile and online stores straight after performances are broadcasted live on TV. To consumer this new hybrid concept gives an opportunity to have a real-time (legal) access to hot content via mobile or online. The concept is something new and unique on local and international level.

Suomi-TV has made an agreement of mobile services with SecuryCast. TV station runs a daily pilot program, which includes music videos, mobile shopping and a chat. Viewers can purchase mobile products of shown music videos. SC has compiled, connected and supported client with all technical and copyright issues of this concept.

FREDERIK-BIRTHDAY RINGTONES - The most unique series of ringtones are released through The DigiLabel, www.frederiksoittarit.fi

Besides a hectic schedule of gigs, Frederik, the artist loved by the rank and file of Finns, has been working on a unique series of products, directed entirely to the mobile market. "Kolmekymppinen" ('Thirty years old'), the hit song made famous by him, has now been refined into a series of 'Birthday ringtones', to be released under a brand of its own. A number of common Finnish first names, based on the calendar of name days, have been interpreted by the artist in the studio to the beat of the well-known hit song. In addition to the name-related interpretations, the ringtones have also been recorded to cover various years of age; 18 (of age), 20 (twenty years old), 30 (thirty years old), 40 (forty years old), 50 (fifty years old) and 60 (sixty years old). This means that thousands of ringtones were produced in the studio, each of them being personally interpreted by the artist.

The product series will be launched to the market in a visible manner in cooperation with Aller Media. The strong marketing mix will appear in the 7 päivää ('7 days') magazine, in banner advertising as well as in a separate, branded ringtone website.

"It seems that the times they are changing this way, and we have created a timeless product series for future generations", this was commented by Frederik.

"As far as electronic business is concerned, we are continuously developing new innovative ideas and implementation models. This is exactly what it is ...", commented Jarno Alastalo, Social District Officer of Aller Media.

"The so-called creative madness is now being called for everywhere. Isn't this it? Besides, this unique product series will still be further developed on the way, commented Marko Alanko, Development Manager at SecuryCast.

SecuryCast hosted the Digital LifeStyle seminar. More than 50 attendees from advertising agencies, brands, IFPI, publishers, content owners, carriers and download shop representatives  attended SecuryCast´s Digital LIfeStyle seminar in Espoo, Finland. The focus of the seminar was on describing the current market place for legal digital content services, and on discussing new  business opportunities, legislational and VAT issues.

The presentations by Mr. Tommi Kyyrä (IFPI Finland), Mr. Jari Muikku (Finnish Composers' Copyright Society Teosto), Mr. Marko Rajaniemi (Ministry of Education), Ms. Tiina Kristoffersson (Gummerus Digital), Mr. Marko Alanko and Mr. Kimmo Makkonen (SecuryCast) were considered very interesting by the attendees. SecuryCast has started technical processes to launch first mp3 stores in Finland. Consumers' experience for downloading processes will be much easier after that. Mp3 files are compatible with large scale of devices, iPods included.

First in launch line will be the NetAnttila Download. After that MTV3 Store Download, DNA MusiikkikauppaRadio Rock Store, and others will follow shortly.
